We offer a host of new national qualifications in our culinary and hospitality programmes. This also means that most of our courses are dual certified, with students receiving both a national-level qualification (accredited by QCTO or CATHSSETA) and an international qualification (accredited by City& Guilds or CTH) – enabling them to seize career opportunities in South Africa and abroad.
